How it works
Hands-On Learning Environment
Recording Connection offers a unique learning experience that is designed to give students the confidence they need to succeed in the industry once their program is complete. Instead of just providing lectures in a classroom setting, we pair each student with an experienced mentor at a real recording studio who can provide personalized instruction from day one. This allows students to learn firsthand how professional studios actually work, how to use industry-standard equipment, how to record artists large and small, and much more.

Affordable Tuition
At Recording Connection, our programs cost just a fraction of universities and trade schools, making it easier for aspiring producers and engineers to get their start in the music industry without taking on too much debt or spending too much money up front. And if you can’t make it into the studio due to travel restrictions or time constraints, we also offer remote learning opportunities that allow you to connect with your mentor online through video conferencing tools.

Recording Connection does a GREAT job at placing you into REAL studios with REAL engineers and opens the door to allow you to create those connections with your mentor, and continual learning. My mentor at the studio, Donny B. is very knowledgeable. He helped me through the process since the beginning. He helped me pick a great laptop suitable for Engineers.
