What You Get at Recording Connection
At Recording Connection, you don’t sit in a classroom; instead, you learn inside a professional studio. You work side by side with the audio engineer or music producer who mentors you and help set up sessions, as well as get hands-on experience with equipment and software used in real recording studios today. And if you’ve proved your worth, there’s even the opportunity to work with artists who come to the studio. That just isn’t possible in a traditional classroom environment! This is real life — and it can be your life.
The mentors at Recording Connection are top producers who’ve worked on projects for major labels and Grammy winners. Every week during their program students receive one-on-one mentoring from their mentor who is also an active industry professional—an engineer/producer from a nearby recording studio, film/TV/video game scoring stage or post-production facility—and benefit from getting inside advice about how to make it in this competitive field.
