Since 1962, WCTR (“The Town”) has broadcast on AM 1530. Recently they expanded their reach to include FM 102.3. Operating as a local community-oriented broadcaster for Chestertown, Kent and Queen Anne’s Counties in Maryland, WCTR broadcasts in an “oldies” format and programs talk shows, sports, local news, weather and community events. Apprentices can really learn all the ropes at this local, all-around station.

We’re delighted to have Ron Stafford mentoring our students! We look forward to seeing what our self-motivated, dedicated students will accomplish under his expert mentorship. Welcome Ron!
