Gary Bolton

Gary Bolton is an experienced audio engineer and music producer working out of Strawberry Skys, South Carolina’s premiere professional recording studio. Equipped with state-of-the-art gear, the studio offers both high-definition recording with Pro Tools and iZ RADAR Nyquist as well as vintage 2″” analog recording. Strawberry Skys features a spacious acoustically designed studio area, two large isolation booths, and an 80-input Otari Elite automated console. With over 30 years of experience, the studio handles a wide variety of genres, from rock and gospel to R&B and hip-hop.

At Recording Connection, Gary teaches Audio Engineering, Music Production, and Live Sound, offering students hands-on learning in this real-world studio environment. His mentorship covers every aspect of the production process, from recording and editing to mixing and mastering, ensuring that students develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the fast-paced music industry.
