Learn from Legends Program Nominated for Pensado Awards!

That’s right! Our Learn from Legends Program has been nominated for The Excellence in Education Award by the 3rd Annual Pensado Awards. We’re truly honored by the recognition.

Our Learn from Legends Program is one of a number of Master Apprenticeship programs offerered by Recording Connection, suited for individuals with previous audio engineering or music production experience. Persons accepted into the program have the opportunity to apprentice with a recording industry leader. Professionals who have crafted records for Michael Jackson, U2, Frank Sinatra, Beyoncé, 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, John Legend, David Bowie, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Ziggy Marley, Metallica, Shania Twain, Dolly Parton, Neil Young, REM, Hole, Sam Cooke and, literally, hundreds more, mentor with our program.

Speaking of our recent Pensado Award nomination, Recording Connection Consultant, Brian Kraft says, “We’re truly honored to be nominated for the Excellence in Education Award at this year’s 3rd Annual Pensado Awards. For more than twenty five years we have been dedicated to helping driven, hardworking individuals get their foot in the door, learn hands-on, and build rewarding careers in audio engineering and music production. We share this honor with all the Recording Connection students who bring their very best and meet those challenges head-on, and with our mentors who use their knowledge to help others find their calling in this amazing industry. The 2016 Pensado Awards will take place at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, CA on August 20th. Our CEO Jimi Petulla and Brian Kraft will be in attendance to represent our program, as will a number of our great mentors, including hundreds of the recording industry’s biggest and brightest. We proudly champion our unique, affordable program that connects aspiring audio professionals with audio legends for hands-on learning, experience and opportunity.
